Procure & Supplies
We procure and supply all kinds of Surfaces Well Head installation equipments. Which include but not limited to Oil and Gas Surface Xmas Tree and accessories, actuator valves, Butterfly Valves, Check Valves, Globe, Ball and Gate Valves. Others are Back Pressure Valves (BPV), Pressure Relive Valves (PRV), Well Head Control units, etc.
Repairs and Refurbishment
Vartex Integrated Services Ltd undertke repairs and refurbishment of all kind of urface well head equipment.
Workshop Services
Xmas tree refurbishment and testing/repair and addressing/calibration of Well Head control panel, SSV & SCSSV Pilots/Pressure testing and calibration of Gas Lift valves, chemical injection valves etc. Boiling services.
Field Services
We supply and install well starter head, Casing Spool, Tubing Spol, Tubing hanger and surface Xmas Tree. As well as installation and retrieval of Back pressure valve (BPV). We also provide well instrumentation services like control panel installation and piping, emergency shutdown system calibration, wellhead safety control systems upgrade and well commissioning and flow line fabrication and installation/flow station process equipment installation and upgrade. Field inspection and evaluation/recommendation. First and second line maintenance operations.
Tool Rentals
Vartex Integrated Services also embark on rental of well Head installation, testing and maintenance equipment such as Lubricators valve, X-overs Drilling Spools/adapter, Running/Retrieving tools for Seal assembly & wear Bushing/Test plug.
